Biography: After leaving ACS in 1979 I returned to Florida where I grew up and graduated from high school there in 1982. I pursued a computer science degree at Mercer Univ. in Macon, GA and graduated in 1986. Also, that year, I met my husband, Andy. We married in 1987 and I moved to North Carolina. In 1989 I took a job with IBM as a software engineer and stayed there for 8 years before quitting to stay at home with my children. I have 3 wonderful children, Rachel (5 1/2), Jake (3 1/2) and Hallie (almost 2). It's the most rewarding job I've ever done!
