Biography: i grew up in the bush surrounding the road to bomi hills between the st. paul and po river. left liberia in august of '77. joined the marines in '78 and travelled quite a bit (including east africa). after my discharge in '82, moved back (born in berkeley) to california, graduating in '89 with an engineering degree from california state university, sacramento. married and had one child while in college. after college, worked on large construction projects for the state of california and had three more children. i now work in engineering administration and management for the state of california. growing up in liberia was an exciting adventure and learning experience. the people were so open, real and naturally sincere. while california is my birth and chosen home, liberia was my only home away from home. take time.
